
Quality represents the very foundation of our organisation. A vigorous induction process and the correct supervision of our operatives ensure we own and directly control the delivery of our quality principles.
The Secure Group recognise that the provision of any service that consistently exceeds the needs and expectations of our customers must be supported by a robust quality management system. To that end, we will ensure that the necessary programs are put into place to further progress the continual improvement of our quality principles and service deliverables.
As part of our commitment to our internal quality systems, regular site and desktop audits need to be carried out on our frontline operational staff to ISO9001 procedures. Our Area Managers will undertake a detailed inspection audit of all areas, with every operative being thoroughly inspected on a weekly basis as a minimum.
